Job Description

  • Coordinate with related departments such as quoting, engineering, functional department to get clear requirements of needed material/component/outsourcing items.
  • Conduct RFQ, Cost breakdown & bidding following applied process and make recommendation for vendor, purchasing price approval.
  • Ensure the material prices, applicator prices are put into relevant data sheet and master file correctly & on time
  • Maintain clearly and retrievable required records such as quotes, price lists, tooling, supplier correspondence, contracts, reports.
  • Develop strong relationships with global suppliers, including negotiating prices and conditions, and resolving disputes.
  • Perform supplier screening prior to implementing supplier qualification process together with related departments.
  • Regularly meet with functional managers to help identify current and future sourcing needs.
  • Perform total cost reduction programs such as value engineering, payment terms, and quality improvements.

Job Requirement

  • ​University Degree in a relevant discipline (Trade/Economy/Bank/English)
  • Fluent in Vietnam and English, written & spoken.
  • Trustworthy, accuracy, prudence, faithfulness.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Ability of planning and monitoring.
  • Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working
