Order Processing & Tracking
- Enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system and monitor order status.
- Confirm orders with relevant departments (Production, Materials Planning, Purchasing, Import-Export, etc.).
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders or special requirements.
- Track production/shipping progress, provide shipping details, and prepare export documents.
- Issue invoices and promptly report any issues to the Customer Service Manager.
Issue Monitoring & Problem Solving
- Monitor order progress, identify risks or issues, and take corrective actions.
- Escalate critical problems to supervisors when necessary.
Warehouse Support
- Coordinate monthly stock-taking activities.
- Ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Other Duties
- Ensure safe and proper use of tools, machines, and equipment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
