Ensure all projects are accurately entered into the system, properly scheduled, and kept up to date.
Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare and develop optimized production processes.
Lead product and process design and development, focusing on production efficiency and quality.
Drive product and process validation through PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and initial mass production runs.
Ensure smooth project transfer to mass production while managing feedback, evaluations, and implementing effective corrective actions.
2. Manage and Resolve Engineering Issues:
Support the Quotation Team with labor time estimates and provide timely engineering feedback for RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
Assist production teams in continuous improvement initiatives to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
Strictly comply with company regulations, documented manuals, procedures, and work instructions established by Thermtrol.
