Job Description

  • Follow company rules and all procedures/instructions.
  • Monitor and maintain production improvement goals.
  • Create production schedules based on customer orders.
  • Report production plans based on the Master Plan from Customer Service.
  • Make sure production meets delivery timelines and customer requirements.
  • Use production resources (people, machines, tools) efficiently.
  • Work with other departments to improve quality, productivity, and delivery.
  • Plan and improve production activities.
  • Estimate labor needs and suggest changes to improve processes or layout.
  • Train team members on safety, new products, processes, and job skills.
  • Track production progress and fix problems quickly to stay on schedule.
  • Check and control materials and product stock during production.
  • Join internal audits and help with improvement actions.
  • Keep data updated and accurate.
  • Send reports on time with correct data and useful suggestions.
  • Manage documents and records as required.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience:

    • At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.

    • Experience working in a foreign manufacturing company is a plus.

  • Knowledge & Skills:

    • Good understanding of production processes, planning, and scheduling.

    • Familiar with lean manufacturing, inventory control, and improvement tools.

    • Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Language: Good English communication (written and verbal).

  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Soft skills:

    • Good teamwork and coordination with cross-functional departments.

    • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.

    • Positive attitude, continuous improvement mindset.
