Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a foreign manufacturing company is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Good understanding of production processes, planning, and scheduling.
Familiar with lean manufacturing, inventory control, and improvement tools.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Language: Good English communication (written and verbal).
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Soft skills:
Good teamwork and coordination with cross-functional departments.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Positive attitude, continuous improvement mindset.
